TYPICAL COACHING CLIENTS
My coaching clients are high-performing executives and leaders, many of whom are transitioning into new roles and must accelerate their learning to quickly meet their business goals. They want to be more influential, have a greater impact on their organizations, and learn new strategies to achieve better, faster results. I frequently work with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and professionals.
RESULTS ACHIEVED
•I coached a Fortune 500 Vice President who wanted to enhance her planning and visionary skills, and better inspire others. Viewed as an already exceptional performer by her organization, coaching equipped her to establish clear strategic direction and priorities, and share a more compelling vision of her team’s impact on the broader organization. She achieved a desired promotion, as well as enterprise-wide recognition as an internal “visionary.”
•A hard-driving, financial services COO sought to build more positive relationships while achieving faster results through others. As a result of coaching, he increased his insight about his impact on others and improved his talent development and influencing skills, as well as his team’s results. By supplementing his demanding style with a more collaborative, supportive approach, he earned positive feedback on a change survey, better job performance ratings, decreased turnover, and ultimately, a promotion.
•I coached a CHRO to convey stronger executive presence and more effectively influence his senior leadership team to accept his proposals. By improving his presentation and negotiation skills, and supplementing his logical influencing style with a more emotional appeal, his win rate on several key proposals improved significantly. Coaching also helped him convey clear expectations and initiate difficult feedback conversations.

•My clients find me positive, supportive, and collaborative, but also challenging and demanding of high levels of performance. I emphasize practical application in the workplace.
•Based on my experience with successful leaders, I help my clients learn what high performers do to excel, while working to discover their own unique patterns of success.
•I partner with my clients to help them achieve their goals and ensure strong alignment with their organization’s priorities.
